This amount was meant for the purchase of new machines and chemicals for the Farms and establishment of new farms in Swaziland.This land problem came when Zimbabwean President Mr.Robert Mugabe introduced a new Land Act Reform, wholly affected the rich white farmers and some few black farmers. And this resulted to the killing and mob action by Zimbabwean war veterans and some lunatics in the society. In fact a lot of people were killed because of this Land reform Act for which my father was one of the victims. It is against this background that, I and my family fled Zimbabwe for fear of our lives and are currently staying in Madrid Spain where we are seeking asylum and more so i have decided to transfer my father’s money to a more reliable foreign account.
since the Spainish Law prohibits a refugee(asylum seeker) to open any bank account or to be involved in any financial transaction through out the territorial zone of Spain, As the eldest son of my father, I am saddled with the responsibility of seeking a genuine foreign account where this money could be transferred without the knowledge of my government who are bent on taking everything we have got. The South African government seems to be playing along with them. I am faced with the dilemma of moving this amount of money out of South Africa for fear of going through the same experience in future, both countries have similar political history. As a businessman,I am seeking for a partner who I have to entrust my future and of my family in his or her hands, I must let you know that this transaction is risk free.

Thank you for your response and how are you doing?.Let me explain in clear terms how we can conclude this deal as soon as possible.

First of all, I want to assure you that with the modalities I have put in place, we can conclude this transaction amicably within a week. I have already taken out the funds with the help of a security company to Europe here in Madrid Spain for safe keeping. It is this company that I am presenting you to now as the beneficiary of the funds as I left this open, at the point of deposit for this reason.

Now,your physical appearance would be needed in the Security company before the funds can be released to you, but as soon as you are ready to travel over, I will furnish you with the necessary documents that will present you as the rightful and legal beneficiary of the funds. These documents include the Certificate of Deposit of the funds and a Power of Attorney empowering you as the legal beneficiary of the funds as well.
This transaction would be rapped up within 48 hours of your arrival in the offshore paying house here in Madrid Spain.

I cannot do this alone as you are aware of my present situation here in the camp as an Assylum seeker, hence I do require your assistance and be rest assured that this transaction is of mutual benefit to both of us on one condition, that "You guarrantee that you would be of a good assistance also in the area of investment in your country Germany. I would require you to send me your complete personal details so that my attorney can prepare a business agreement between us to further certify the peaceful conclusion of this transaction.

wie Sie selbst schreiben, sind sie Asylnt in Spanien, das heißt die spanischen Behörden dürfen nichts von ihrem Reichtum wissen.
Kennen sie die spanischen und europäischen Finanzgesetze? Oder die netten Gefängnisse in spanien?
Wie sieht es mit Ihrer aufenthaltserlaubnis aus?
so wie Sie sich das vorstellen geht es nicht.
Sobald die Finanzbehörde etewas merkt sind sie hinter gittern und zwar für längere Zeit.
Schicken sie mir also ihren Pass und den ihrer angehörigen mit beglaubigten Geburtsurkunden und der aufenthaltserlaubnis.
Wir sehen nur einen weg über eine Selbstanzeige bei der sie möglicherweise mximal 1.000.000 US $ verlieren, diesen Verlust aber innerhalb eines Jahres doppelt wieder ausgleichen können so daß sie nachher mehr als vorher haben und wieder angesehene Leute sind.
