Dell steht für "Kundenfreundlich" ??, der Troll wollte gaaaaaaaannnz einfach die erhaltene
Mail an die Brüder weiterleiten, aber da hat der Troll die "Rechnung" ohne Dell gemacht.
Weiterleiten wäre zu einfach, ohne Kundennummer oder Bestellnummer geht da nichts, anscheinend erwartet Dell
so profane Mails wie die vom Troll nicht...

dafür habe ich die Mail beantwortet und mich nett für die Rechnung bedankt:
